Fixing Tv To Pc Converter Box

Recently, I have a problem that I got to implement a Digital TV Converter Box in my RV. I am not sure whether it has to go on the tv or does it connect to a TV Distribution Box that will allow me able to switch to my video’s from satellite/antenna and or cable? Finally I figure out I have to install a Digital TV Converter Box in my RV.

Before perform the installation what you need to do is, If you have checked that your TV’s RVs did not have digital tuners, then you’ll get one one extra length of cable and Digital TV Converter Box for each TV. If you have a VCR that does not have a digital TV tuner, then you need a converter box with extra length of cable for that as well. While you buy the converter boxes, you must make sure that the converter box has the Analog Pass Through option. Analog Pass Through will tolerates analog signals to pass through the Digital TV Converter Box when it is not power on. If you are hooked up to the cable at an RV park, or if you would like to watch a video the TV to PC converter Box must in power off status to let the analog signal will be directly to your TV by pass through the converter box.

If you did not get a Digital TV Converter Box with Analog Pass Through you will have to install the switches and essentially be creating an installation nightmare for yourself. Always make up your mind before installation most RVs will get a video switch box come together with knobs and buttons which enables you to select various video sources for your RV with various TVs. However usually there are a lot of selections like DVD, Cable, Satellite, VCR, Antenna, etc.

On the back side of the Switch Box between PC/TV you will find a variety of cables mixing around in the box, don’t affraid of all these cables. You’ll just be cared more or less the cables that taking out from the TV/PC Switch Box that are connecting directly to the TVs in your RV.

Depending how our RV is installed together with the Video Switch Box, you may consider to move things distant more or less to allow the back of the switch box where all of those cables are located. Depends on the different configurations for different RV, I cannot inform you how hard or how easy it will be to get the back of the Video Switch Box for these cables.

The back of TV/PC switch box will have labels on each of the cables that are either go in or coming out. The cables that you are searching for connecting straightaway to your TVs they will have labels such as TV1 Out or TV2 Out. The tagging can be different depends on the manufacturer. The TV to PC Converter Box will be set up on the cable contributing towards your Television from the TV/PC Switching Box. How you set the Digital TV Converter Box on this cable it will depends on where the TV is actually located.
